hehe i had no idea it was you, but i felt that i soo had you bled out on the deck and at my mercy ...

then i saw easyed go by with a bunch on him, so my dilemma was to try and break ed free or score the easy kill on the bled out p40 ...

i tried to clear ed ...

i don't feel bad, it was the right choice, however nice a colmbo s3 kill would have been ...

i don't suppose i could get a mp3 of the 31sts TS for that fight could i ???

All I have is a transcript from memory of the fight:

S! Jugggo. Darned if I know why it went out. I put it in a full throttle dive away after my attackers were peeled off and it went out. I made it back to home base but was unable to land on the first try.....too fast! I went around to try again only to find that my ride would not gain altitude or speed no matter what I did. I nursed it around very gingerly losing altitude the whole way. I finally successfully ditched it very close to the airfield. Our ground crew came out and trucked it back for repair. They dumped me into a fresh one for the second sortie. Alas, my luck didn't hold. I think it was Jman who got the pilot kill on me. I served the rest of the frame on the DAR.
